Dear Trinity Band Members and Fans,
First, a huge THANK YOU to everyone who made our 2015 season a success! I received a number of comments from across the area about our improvement in performance on the street, in the stands, and on the field. While there was great improvement, there is more work to be done.
Because it's New Years, we often hear people talk of resolutions. These range anywhere from getting in shape to starting a new hobby, and anything inbetween. It gets me thinking about resolutions that we need to make as a staff and program to get us to where we should be.
Our 2016–17 season will be vastly different. There will be no director change. There will be minimal staff changes, as your staff wants to help continue the work started last year. There likely will be many new, young faces in the program. This is the year that we start to turn the direction of the program in order to get it to return to its former form. It won't always be easy, but in the long term, it will be worth it.
Our continued progress will require many things...the most important of these is YOU!
On behalf of our students, THANK YOU for all you did in 2015 and THANK YOU in advance for all you will do for our students and program in 2016 and beyond!
Happy New Year!
